This past Thursday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the gathering hall. A substantial number of residents attended to talk about important concerns facing the complex.
The meeting started with a succinct report from the head of the association, who highlighted some of the association's successes over the past year.
Following the president's speech, there was a period for discussions from residents. A few residents expressed worries regarding maintenance of the common areas. There was also a detailed discussion about planned changes to the lot regulations.
The meeting finished with the adoption of the annual budget and the appointment of new members to the governing body.

We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction.
